Steel Pallet Scaffolding
Metal Stillage or pallet is used to pack scaffolding and fittings as well as planks. The usual size is: 1mx1mx1.1m (Length width and height) to fit the container size.
We have many kinds of scaffolding pallets:
1) metal pallet without tubes on the four corners, that is called a steel pallet, most of the scaffolding fittings are packed into pallet;
2) metal stillage: there are four squared tubes welded into the four corners of the stillage to hold the scaffolding materials inside firmly in the stillage.
Most scaffolding components are packaged in stillages and this squared tube stillage is the best choice to pack scaffold components as the tube shape is squared so it can hold the materials in place.
3) mesh container: many customers require this kind of container to pack the scaffolding materials, usually some small parts. The advantage is: it can be used repeatedly and very strong and good quality. The disadvantage: price is not low. What is more, less scaffolding items can be put into them compared with stillages or pallets.
